Punit’s credits his constant quest for knowledge and single-minded focus as the fuel that consistently drives him towards measurable results. Punit is driven by the goal to create strong partnerships with new and existing clients. Punit’s suite of certifications and degrees combined with decades of practical experience has prepared him for continued excellence in his field. He is a certified LEED professional, an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI) USA, and an associate architect with the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He holds a Master of Architecture degree and a Master of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales. Keith Fisher

Operations

Keith Fisher has a proven track record of keeping projects on schedule, successfully working with building inspectors, and ensuring that every project site has appropriate manpower to yield optimal results.  He works hard to make sure each phase of construction is met with on-time delivery of materials and identifies opportunities to reduce cycle time.

Keith believes in developing cooperative and mutually supportive relationships with every stakeholder in each project. By utilizing this collaborative approach, he is able to ensure quality standards and adherence to the scope and schedule of each project.

The exceptional career of Sascha Lamberty at DAVINCI HAUS Germany started with a classical training in 1999. After he finished this three-year apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant in 2002, things progressed quickly. He managed the calculation department until 2005 and then moved on to the outfitting department.

His appointment to an authorized representative and sales manager in 2012 finally led him to the position as the right hand of the general manager Anton Hammes: In 2013 at the age of 31, Sascha Lamberty became one of the general managers of DAVINCI HAUS Germany himself.

…title of Employee of the Year his first year. The original “Westerwälder Sägewerk” (sawmill) in Elben, and today’s manufacturing site of DAVINCI HAUS Germany, was one of the suppliers to “Planen-Bauen-Wohnen”.

The next few decades have paved the way for Anton’s career as well as the groundbreaking innovation and subsequent success of DAVINCI HAUS Germany. In 1981 he started working as production manager in Elben, and by 1983 he had already started paving the way for a completely new product. In 1989 the show house in Bad Vilbel (near Frankfurt) was presented to the public – the first true DAVINCI HAUS.

For the first time ever, the classic and timeless timber post and beam architecture (specified by the “Stieldorfer Architects”) merged with the modification design. This synthesis of architecture and design had an influence on the unique character of the Westerwälder company and enjoyed much popularity locally, abroad and still today.

DAVINCI HAUS Germany was then able to develop marketing partnerships and concepts for different countries worldwide. New show houses on national and international exhibitions have followed to great success and popularity.
